NELIDA is a uruguayan mare, born in Germany where I bought it when it was a year old. When I saw her in the herd, she immediately “caught my eye”. Its “rosillo” (roan – aubere) coat color is marvelous. As an adult, she quickly became one of the “godmothers” of the herd. For the moment NELIDA has only produced one filly, but she is very promising.

Mare purchased in 2022 from my friend José-Luis Aguilar Sanz – breeder in Mercedes, Argentina who breeds under the prefix “Malal Co” which means “the water hole” in the Mapuche language. Originally the coscoja is the roller located in the center of the bars of the bridle bit, on which the horse plays its tongue, which makes it salivate and produce endorphins. Coscoja is a “gateada tiznada”(charcoal) mare with lots of frame and size. She is a very good mother, who transmits her good character.

MONIE, alias “MONIQUE” was purchased from Carlos Solanet, grandson of the illustrious Emilio Solanet (his book “Pelajes Criollos”) “inventor” of the criollo breed and donor of Mancha and Gato who traveled under the saddle of Aimé-Felix TSCHIFFELY the distance separating Buenos Aires and Washington DC (more than 20,000 km!) between 1925 and 1928. She is a classic “gateada” mare with a lot of frame. Her products are magnificent!
